  Our major concern is to prove our after sale services, putting in mind that customer’s machine must be so cared for. With our flexibility and understanding for our customers’ needs; we make their business resources available and reliable whenever they need them, and it is a daily mission we always ready to prove. By having 12 expert engineers in our after sale department, and our aria coverage plan we are always available near our customers all around Jordanian’s territories to guarantee a very quick response to service calls, also we are providing annual service contracts.

Al-Nahar is the only company in field how got a branch in Aqaba (330 KM south Amman), where we are number one in market share and providing our full services from sales and maintenance to our accounts in all the southern aria plus a wide format copy center that we have been the only company how provided this service to all construction companies in Aqaba.

 Training is a vital importance for Al-Nahar, as we are the only Jordanian company in our business field how got CDIA+ (Certified Document Imaging Architect) from CompTIA. Also we got solution master (highest level) and Aficio master from NRG Company. And we keep our self updated with new technology by attending all new products and solutions training with NRG.
